When considering any mortgage finance you must understand
that this is a significant financial commitment. Loans are often subject to
checks in respect of your ability to repay the debt and the value of the premises
that you wish to purchase.

your home. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up the repayments
on your mortgage.
As we are independent we offer products from the whole of the market and can provide a fee based service or receive commision from the lender, or a combination of both. We will provide a quote for any fee´s, if any, at the end of our first appointment with you, before you decide to instruct us to work so there will be no hidden costs.

The precise fee amount will depend on your circumstances but we estimate it will be 1% of the mortgage advance on completition. (So if £100,000 mortgage our fee would typically be £1,000). We will also receive commission from the lender.
